How to file a Confirmation Statement for a limited company?

A confirmation statement contains updated and accurate information about a limited company on the public register. It is prepared annually and filed once a year at Companies House. 

You must file a confirmation statement at least once every 12 months. These 12 months are called your review period. It begins from either the incorporation (registration) date or the statement date stated on your last confirmation statement

Furthermore, you must submit your confirmation statement to Companies House no later than 14 days after the completion of your 12-month review period.
