Since graduating in 2003 with a Business degree I have progressed to senior leadership roles where I provided strategic vision and leadership to all aspects of Business Management to include Finance, Administration, Premises, Health and Safety and IT.
My background is varied, with experience working in SMEs, large commercial, education and not-for-profit sectors, with responsibility for budget setting £20m+.
I have delivered capital projects ranging from redecoration, to a multi million pound new build as business lead, developing productive working relationships with site contractors and professional advisors.
I have managed a variety of effective and high performing teams, been responsible for the full recruitment process, performance management and retention of staff, underpinned by effective communication and positive working cultures.
I am hardworking, diligent, trustworthy and highly organised, working with an effective and friendly (and fun!) manner to see things through, ensuring key deadlines are met and reports submitted in a timely approach.
