We know how important it is for clients to understand their costs upfront, so we use a transparent value-based pricing structure tailored to the services required. This replaces traditional hourly rates, which can often lead to inefficiency and uncertainty.
At the start of each engagement, we agree a fixed fee for the coming year, payable by monthly or quarterly standing order…whichever suits the client best. This fee includes all telephone calls, meetings and correspondence, ensuring ongoing support without unexpected charges.
Our goal is to ensure clients never face surprises with fees or the work involved. We also make it a priority to meet all relevant deadlines and provide clients with plenty of time to supply the information needed.
