About The Firm
SCF Accountancy is led by Sebastian Chan Fong ACA, Principal. He works closely with individuals, founders and small to medium-sized businesses, supporting them across the full business lifecycle — from incorporation and early-stage compliance through to tax planning and financial advisory.
Sebastian began his career at Ward Williams, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW in 2019. He then joined EY’s Private and Mid-Markets Assurance team, working with fast-growing London tech businesses during a period of rapid change.
In 2021, he joined FTSE 100-listed Entain’s FP&A team, working closely with the retail division as it recovered from the pandemic and planned its next phase of growth.
A pull towards working more closely with founders led him to RecruitHub in 2024, where he supported over 120 recruitment agency owners day-to-day on finance matters.
That experience ultimately shaped the vision for SCF Accountancy and led to its launch in 2025.
