About The Firm

SARKS was founded in 2004 by Awaad Rashed.

Awaad has a degree in Economics and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants In England. Having joined The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Awaad became a full member in 1998 after completing the examinations and gaining first time passes in the finals. He is well known and respected in the local business and financial community in the greater Manchester area and has a strong working relationship with all of his clients.

Awaad has developed a strong commercial background through his previous directorships with a range of independently owned businesses in the North West of England. He is particularly experienced in complex corporate finance/ due diligence work for complex group structures and with turnover in excess of £60m.
