James and Emma Drace-Francis have been trading independently in various finance roles since 2015. Following the growth of our taxation, accounting and advisory businesses, we established Radstock Partners as a limited company in early 2022. Radstock Partners Limited is a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
The roots of our expertise go back to the mid-1990s when we trained together as Chartered Accountants in London. In the 25 years since then, we've worked for global and local organisations and advised on hundreds of client engagements, ranging from M&A deals involving some of the largest multinationals in the world, to fundraising, debt finance and exits for private companies, to delivering tax, planning, investment and mortgage advice to individual entrepreneurs and private clients.
