PVG Accounting Services offers a range of accounting and financial services, including but not limited to:
Bookkeeping
Taxation (Self-Assessment, VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE, etc.)
Charity Accounting
Payroll Services
Management Accounts
Company Secretarial Services
Corporate Accounts Preparation
Business Planning
Services for Health Professionals
VAT Returns
Services for Landlords
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for financial reporting, tax filings, and other services.
Respond promptly to our requests for documents or clarifications.
Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements relevant to your business or personal financial affairs.
Notify us of any changes in your financial circumstances that may impact our work.
Failure to provide necessary documentation in a timely manner may result in delays, penalties, or additional charges.
5. Fees and Payment
Our fees are fixed unless otherwise agreed. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
Payment is due as specified in our engagement letter or invoice.
We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal and financial data is securely stored and only shared with third parties (such as HMRC, Companies House, or software providers) as required for service delivery or by law.
We will never sell or disclose your data without your explicit consent, except where legally required.

7. Liability & Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy and compliance, we cannot be held liable for any losses, penalties, or damages resulting from:
Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Delays in receiving necessary documents or approvals.
Changes in tax laws or government regulations.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service in question.
We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Clients should consult relevant professionals for such matters.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with a 30-day written notice, except where a longer period is specified in the contract.
We may terminate services immediately if:
The client fails to pay fees.
The client engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.
The client provides false or misleading information.
Upon termination, any outstanding invoices must be paid in full before we release final reports or documentation.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussions.
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration under UK law.
The governing law for this agreement is English law, and disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
