James has spent over a decade in the industry, working as both an accountant and a product manager across both a leading contractor specialist and top-20 firm. His experience with freelancers, contractors and small businesses showed him first-hand how little traditional solutions really serve these clients.
Mark is a developer with over 20 years’ experience in the accounting space. A serial hackathon winner at Xero and QuickBooks, he’s been building better tools for accountants for years and knew it was time to create something different for small businesses.
Together, they built Mighty: a modern accountancy service with custom-built software designed specifically for the needs of small, service-based limited companies. No bloated features. No generic tools. Just exactly what our clients need and nothing they don’t.
