About The Firm

Latham Lees Baxendale was originally formed in the 1920’s as “W H Latham & Co” headed by William Latham and partnered by David Denton as a firm of Chartered Accountants operating from 12 Park Street, Lytham.

Over the years the firm continued to operate under this name providing excellent professional Accountancy services to its well established clientele until January 1994 when David Lees and his colleague David Costa acquired control of the partnership and formed Latham Lees Costa and at the same time purchasing the small business section from a neighbouring Accountant to further their business.
