Happy Books is a Firm of bookkeepers based in Watford, but with clients not just in Hertfordshire but across UK.

The Firm’s aim is to offer bookkeeping, Management accounts, VAT and payroll services to a standard of client care beyond that which is generally available, at a highly competitive rate. Whether we are successful in this is for our clients to judge, not us, but we have included on this website some testimonials from a few of our existing clients.

We offer a personalised and professional approach and respond swiftly to our clients’ needs. The Firm can deliver its services at a competitive pricing by keeping its cost base low. Aside from Hesha Barker, the business proprietor, many of the bookkeepers who process the work are trusted and experienced contractors personally vetted by Hesha. This enables our clients to utilise a bookkeeping proposition which is far more cost effective than hiring in-house, with all its attendant obligations and commitments.
