In 1993, David started his career at the age of 17 firstly as an apprentice in a small family run practice in his home town of Watford. He quickly passed his AAT exams and then quickly moved on to undertake the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) exams, passing in 1999 and becoming a member of the ACCA on 31 December 1999. David became a Fellow of the ACCA in 2005 and has continued to develop his technical and certainly his commercial career through continued professional development courses over these years. Moreover, David strongly encourages this to all team members. Over the past 30 years in practice, David has gained a wealth of knowledge and, not to mention, experience in many areas of tax & structure planning for owner managed businesses, financial budgeting and forecasting and in recent years cloud bookkeeping and making tax digital.
