About The Firm

The Company was formed following the merger of the practices of Alistair Davidson and Mark Stant. Alistair formed his business, AH Davidson & Co, in 1985 and served the Warrington and North West business community for over 25 years.
Today Mark heads up the Practice as in 1985 he was only just beginning his working life as a trainee accountant in a big four accountancy practice in London. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant Mark moved into industry to work for businesses rather than stand on the side line as an adviser. Most of his 20 years’ experience was spent at Finance Director level in companies which were growing and he helped several entrepreneurs in developing their businesses to the point of maximising their returns on exiting their companies.
