After more than two decades working in the accountancy profession, supporting businesses across mid-tier and Big Four firms, I founded Alera Accounting & Advisory with a clear purpose. I wanted to build a practice where businesses in South Wales could access high-quality, straightforward advice delivered by people who genuinely care about their success. Creating Alera was a chance to bring together everything I had learned in my career and shape a firm that puts relationships, clarity, and long-term client outcomes at the heart of every decision.
That founding vision has grown into the way we operate today. Alera Accounting & Advisory is a Chartered Certified accountancy practice based in Cardiff, proudly supporting SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and growing organisations across South Wales and beyond. While the firm began with my personal commitment to raising the standard of practical, approachable accounting, it is now a collective effort driven by a dedicated team that shares those same values.
