In 1996 Maggie was joined by myself, her daughter, Lesa Cooksley to do the book-keeping. During our period of working together I gained my NVQ level 2. 3 and 4 in accountancy and became a member of the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians). After five years of being a member of AAT. I was awarded fellow membership status.
In 2012 Maggie retired and the business moved to Lydney, where I (Lesa) took over the running of the business.
I successfully ran the business as an accounting firm until 2020 when due to the COVID-19 outbreak I had to take the difficult but necessary decision to reduce the accounts and tax return side of my business. Now focusing more on Book-keeping, VAT and Payroll services.
Having experience working as an accountant producing accounts and tax returns I am able to provide excellent book-keeping services having first-hand experience of what is required to produce accounts.
